20th Annual Zine Fair!

The Anchor Archive Zine Library is hosting the 20th annual Halifax Zine Fair on Saturday, November 2nd from 12-5 pm at the Halifax North Memorial Public Library. Yes, it's been 20 years! - that the Zine Fair has been bringing together independent zine-makers, zine distros, bookstores, small press publishers, comic artists, print-makers, and authors to sell, trade, and show their creations.

The zine fair is free, all ages, and in a wheelchair accessible venue.

Join us Friday night too for Zine Fiends from Beyond - a night of readings & performances by zinesters. They come from unexplored secret stratas. They rise at night and can’t be stopped. And they’re coming your way now! To tell a story, to blow your mind, and make you one of The Zine Fiends. Featuring poetry, hand drawn slideshow, stop motion, zine readings, and more!
