Summary
This summer Shakti Rising collaborated with Dani Denneberg, Sarah Hurd, and Grrrl Zines A Go Go to put together Women and Activism, a 4-part class that teaches women the fundamentals of making change for themselves and their communities. This zine was created as part of this course.
Shakti Rising is a dynamic and innovative program of personal empowerment for young women ages 15-30. We assist young women in overcoming addiction, abuse, and disempowerment.
